Carla is a Colorado native where she currently lives with her husband. Imagination was a loyal childhood companion – a story always brewed inside her head. Until the publication of Elle’s Magical Shoes, the stories remained private. Now Carla shares her wild imagination with the world as she travels in time, swims with the merfolk, flies over the island of the fae, delves into Viking myths, enters outer space, or invents a new perspective to familiar fairy tales. She hopes to teach young and old that age shouldn’t limit the ability to dream or to enjoy life.
