I'm currently knee deep in my fictional universe, the AffinityVerse. The enormous amount of stories in my head finally forced their way out and created their own playground. I'm loving every magic-infused second of exploring it.
I'm married and live with my wife, two kids and cats in Doncaster, England. As a family, we love to travel, especially to Florida, as we love theme parks. You could say that is an understatement.
I love reading all genres. Physical books or ebooks on my kindle, I don't mind, so long as I've always got a good novel to read. Some people say they can sleep anywhere, I can read anywhere. As soon as the page turns, my mind blocks everything else out.

After meeting unexpectedly on a baloon ride above the Magic Kingdom, with the detective she first met in the diner, after Kristy Walsh exploded, Cassie, Frank and his daughter had a great evening together. The ride home in Frank's car went far less smoothly. The mysterious man who appeared in the diner, and orchestrated Cassie's tattoo, stood in the center of the road causing the car to lose control and flip.
The next moment of Cassie's awareness was not back in Frank's car but in another false vision of impossible memory. Only this time she was an active participant. From there Cassie awoke in the hospital.
Cassie knew there was ony one way out of this crazy whirlwind her life had become. She had to use the skills she had and investigate! It was almost enough to start making a girl believe in these claims of magic.

So Cassie is once again in hospital yet after such a huge accident everyone seems to be ok and no one has an explanation as to what occurred to cause the accident! Was there a man in the middle of the road? Then things get even more mysterious as Cassie starts seeing visions from her past and receiving messages from her past which she knows she should take heed of but what is happening? Is it really magic? Is magic real? Or are the things happening to Cassie scarier than magic? This is the 4th episode of Cassie Collins and the intrigue just keeps getting more intriguing! So bring on episode 5 cause this weekly waiting is driving me insane.

More magic and another odd trip from Cassie's childhood she does not remember as she wakes up from the car crash in the hospital without any injuries. Of course since she is fine she ends up back at Disney to do her scheduled job and then while she is there hunts for what was revealed in her dream. The secrets and hints that keep getting revealed keep me glued to each chapter as they comes out to hopefully figure out what is going on. I love the twists and that they are hard to predict. I am hooked and have to find out what is going on.

More flashbacks
Cassie keeps having flashbacks to her dead brother to events that never happened. She is told by her parents during one of these flashbacks to walk 'west around the world' and meet with Laurence Prescott.
