I'm married and live with my wife, two kids and cats in Doncaster, England. As a family, we love to travel, especially to Florida, as we love theme parks. You could say that is an understatement.
I love reading all genres. Physical books or ebooks on my kindle, I don't mind, so long as I've always got a good novel to read. Some people say they can sleep anywhere, I can read anywhere. As soon as the page turns, my mind blocks everything else out.

This weekly instalment about the ex-journalist Cassie Collins keeps getting grittier and grittier and in this week’s episode we catch up on some of the horror she experienced at the hands of the thugs in Mexico and catch Cassie being tortured by the man with the dual coloured eyes and his mate, a woman who is tattooing the heart on her arm! What does the heart mean and why are they tattooing this on her? Who are these people? Cassie has to move out of her condo and moves in with a workmate but it seems that whoever she is with is in danger too!! Things take a turn for the worse later on in the evening!! A very gripping thriller and the fact that it is coming to us in episodes leaves us hanging from one week to another, desperate to know more!!

This time the story picks up right after the end of part 2 with Cassie getting a tattoo of all things from the bad guys that jumped her. Now I cannot wait to find out what is really going on as I expected it to start out worse then something so benign. At least this time more of her past and secrets are hinted and revealed that of course hook me and drag me into the story even more. There are some fun scenes this time as Cassie gets some downtime that of course means that things go crazy again at the ending that I did not see coming, which is why I love this story. I love its mix of magic, mystery, and suspense.

Another great Cassie book. She’s part time theme blogger and magic and mystery at night. Reading these stories makes your day more enjoyable. Definitely different.

I love this series. Each installment has me gripped from start to finish. It's a struggle waiting for the next episode in the story, as it gets more involved and twisted, but it's worth the wait.
