About this ebook

A hidden magic lies in wait...

“10 years ago, I watched as my sister was dragged through a mysterious white door that stood alone in a forest. My mom, stepdad, and an army of shrinks tried to convince me it was my dad that had taken Cassie. They told me he’d taken us hiking in the forest, intending to kidnap us both. That he dragged Cassie, kicking and screaming, into the trunk of his white car. That I got away and my mind invented the whole stupid door business to cope. Eventually, I believed them.

My dad is on death row, where he belongs.

My sister?

I never saw her again.

Now, I want to forget and start over. No one knows me in Meridia Falls. It’s time for a new beginning, a new horizon - and a new Logan Collins..."

Join Logan, as he takes his first steps into a world of magic, meets the girl of his dreams – and uncovers the mysteries entwined around his life, and his soul…

If you like Stephenie Meyer, Suzanne Collins, or Teri Terry, you will LOVE the first installment of Meridia Falls.

THE SPARK is Book 1 in the alternate timeline spanning, MERIDIA FALLS Fantasy Thriller series. It will give you that thrill ride of fast paced, event TV. I got a Scooby-Doo-meets-Harry-Potter-but-if-it-were-written-by-Marvel vibe, what with how magic and science merge to affect and defy one another and the tragic main character backstory. And the formation of a high-school mystery gang going on. I stayed to see that aspect develop more, as well as due to a bit of aggravation - I guess a "good" kind of aggravation that made me start the next installation 'Sunburst' immediately - because of how abruptly it ends right as I felt things were about to really begin, even though I knew it's only over 100 pages long. Is the quality as good as the above works mentioned? Well in all honesty, I thought HP writing style was awful, SD was meant to be taken within the reality of its own universe, and Marvel just hardly made sense or knew what 'relatable' meant during the first half of its existence so just swallow and read, it's for free, and see if YOU won't feel annoyed to continue reading for answers.
