About this ebook

When all is lost, a ghost of hope shows the way...

"I thought that losing my sister was the worst thing that could ever happen to me. That having my father on death row for her kidnapping and suspected murder was the most pain I’d have to endure.

I was wrong.

Now, I’ve lost everything.

But this time - there may be a chance to get it back. To fix things. To save at least one person I love.

Because, it turns out, that team of shrinks was wrong. I didn’t hallucinate my sister being dragged through a strange white door to avoid facing the reality of what my father did. I didn’t imagine every strange thing that happened after.

I’m not crazy.

I’m an Enchanter.

And I’m not the only one.

Now, my friends and I will have to team up with other Enchanters to try and save the only person left that matters to me - and maybe start putting my life back together..."

Addicting as candy bars, and cost as much, too. These bite-sized parts are actually making me read much more than I usually do, I'm happy the author did it this way. The ending really caught me off guard --- as did a bunch of other things that just happen and I love that for once I'm not expecting anything, because wow the pacing is too fast for comfort. A lack of planning or caution is visible in the writing here with some characters that you'd expect to, well, be more cautious and forward thinking, as well as the MC not asking the questions I'd expect him to be. At least the bite-sized-ness of these parts keeps a focus on what we're delving into - sort of controlling how much and what kind of new information you get. I got a 'I Am Number Four' vibe from this installation as well, as a by the by remark - and not just because of a character named Four that pops up.
